The Application allows users to synchronize and manage Google Calendar data after signing in with their Google Account using Google OAuth 2.0.

The Application uses Google OAuth to authenticate users.
During the authentication process, the Application requests access only to the data necessary to provide calendar synchronization functionality.
3. Data Accessed from Google
After user consent, the Application may access the following Google user data:
3.1 Profile Information
- Primary Google Account email address
- Basic profile information, including personal information made publicly available by the user
3.2 Google Calendar Data
The Application requests permission to see, edit, share, and permanently delete calendars that the user can access via Google Calendar, including the ability to:
- Create, modify, and delete calendars
- Create, update, and delete individual calendar events
- Modify calendar settings, including visibility of events
- Change calendar sharing settings and access permissions
Calendar data may include information such as daily schedules, private appointments, and personal contacts contained within calendar events.
4. Purpose of Data Processing
The accessed data is used solely for the purpose of providing calendar synchronization and management features, including:
- Synchronizing calendar events between calendars
- Creating, updating, or deleting events as requested by the user
- Managing calendar sharing and visibility settings initiated by the user
The data is not used for advertising, profiling, or marketing purposes.
5. Data Storage and Retention
- The Application processes Google user data only to the extent necessary to perform synchronization.
- Google user data is not sold or shared with third parties.
- Data may be stored temporarily on Pirxey-managed infrastructure only when required for synchronization or operational purposes.
- Data is retained only for as long as necessary to provide the service and is deleted upon account removal or revocation of access.
6. Data Protection and Security Measures
Pirxey implements appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect Google user data, including sensitive data accessed via Google APIs, against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.
The security measures applied include, but are not limited to:
- Encryption in transit and at rest All data transmitted between the Application, Google APIs, and Pirxey infrastructure is protected using industry-standard encryption (TLS). Any data stored by the Application is encrypted at rest.
- Access control and least-privilege principle Access to Google user data is restricted to authorized systems and personnel only and is granted strictly on a need-to-know basis following the principle of least privilege.
- Secure authentication and authorization OAuth 2.0 is used for secure authentication and authorization. Access tokens are stored securely and are never exposed to third parties.
- Infrastructure and environment security The Application is hosted on secured infrastructure with up-to-date security patches, firewalls, and monitoring mechanisms designed to detect and prevent unauthorized access.
- Data minimization The Application accesses and processes only the minimum amount of Google user data required to provide the requested functionality.
- Incident response and breach handling In the event of a data security incident affecting Google user data, Pirxey will take prompt action to mitigate the impact, investigate the incident, and comply with applicable legal and regulatory notification requirements.
7. Data Sharing
Pirxey does not share Google user data with third parties, except where required by law or necessary to comply with legal obligations.
8. User Control and Data Deletion
Users can control and revoke access to their Google data at any time by:
- Revoking the Application’s access via Google Account security settings
- Requesting deletion of their data by contacting Pirxey
Upon revocation or deletion request, all stored data associated with the user will be permanently deleted within a reasonable timeframe.
9. Compliance with Google API Services User Data Policy
The Application’s use of Google user data complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Google user data is accessed and used only to provide user-facing features explicitly requested by the user.
